IT'S NOT PERFECT
jk jk *SHOT BY EVERYONE* I'm just setting my standards real high and comparing myself to the people who are amazing at portraits @__@

I lied, instead of drawing Vidoll I chose Uruha, guitarist of GazettE (hence Gaze in the title). He's quite the hottie
I had a lot of fun coloring this. His hair is so lovely >w< I think the only problem I really had was his necklace since realistic metal is hard to do x_x;; Skin came second, I wanted it to look really smooth. As for drawing, the mouth took several tries. I still think it seemed longer in the original photo. Oh well.

The background is basically the same, but the details are diff here and there cuz I got lazy when drawing it... but whatev X3; It came out good.

Regardless of my high standards I still love this to pieces <3 I'm going to try portraits in a different medium next (and maybe finish up my pencil one), and then I gotta start working on objects and the like~
