Of course they can. (and why did you move this conversation here?) But it all depends on the subject and universe. PKMnation is just a fun breeding game. While the others are more story driven thus the pokemon have more closer to human personality and world views. At least in my works.

Yup, being a legendary is awesome... except for the fact that you have to live in isolation away from humans because they might catch you, instead of being free to travel wherever you want. Then again, some legendaries have the ability to be invisible.

And...Giulia didn't get much of a big change either. The berries turned her into a Psychic type. But! She's totally digging it! Mainly because now she can levitate, or according to her, she can fly! That's one of the things she desires the most, so she's pretty happy with it!
