I think you were able to figure out who's the riolu on the title. This comic tells you about the day Vincent was born and he met Veruka and Rupert (and the other RDs). Oh boy, it was a hectic day...
This story has been laying on my table, like what, six months? I was saving it for... Something. But I finally decided to start it. Now, how long is this gonna be? It's not long but not short either. I'd say the final page count is 25-30 and I've already drew 10.
And before you mention about the lack of shadows on some frames, I did that on purpose. While making this page I decided to shadow only big and "important" frames.

There seems to be twelve Pokemon here, which one's belong to the trainer? (Besides the obvious Infernape, and Lucario, and maybe Raichu)
So she has an aloof/adamant, female Infernape, and kind of a jolly/naive Lucario, right?
(Your icon reminds me of the partners series between Mario, and Luigi, Superstar Saga, Partners in time, Bowser's inside story, Dream team, and Paper Jam, it looks like something Luigi has done to celebrate winning a battle.)
