If you look closely you can see where she left the scratchmarks on the ground to mark her path so she doesn't get lost. And ya'll thought she was gonna forget! That'd be way too predictable :b
Also, this is one of my favorite pages. I've been waititng excitedly to upload it :b
Last night it was suddenly 4:30 am it was so weird XD Ahhh my sleep schedule.

I think there was the cheetah reflection before...
My theory is that this is somehow another world, but it's similar to ours. Maybe something like the world our souls live in or something

I just realized why I love this page so much.
Not only because of the angles, but the final panel is a striking parallel to Simba when he's in the middle of nowhere, right before Timon and Pumba find him in The Lion King.
I mean the colors are the same and there's "crack lines" on the ground and everything. And Atli is a big feline.
Anywho, aside from that similarity, this page is beautifully done. Not just the artwork but the composition, the colors, everything. Loving this comic so far. <3

Nice. After the rainbowish colour of Jin, now that she's walking alone the background seems to blend in colours like red, yellow and purple. I like it. The way you changed the perspectives is a very, very, very nice touch. Wonderful!

This might be because in the previous pages you added in some false foreshadowing. In a comic like this, where you want everything to be symbolic and meaningful, each word should count towards progressing the story, setting a mood, or developing a character. When the bird says"remember to mark your path so you don't get lost", I got a little confused. I wasn't the bird coming with the cat again? If so, marking the path was useless. Since the "marking the path" part of that sentence isn't very important to the story, I suggest you change it to something like "Don't wander too far." This clears up any false foreshadowing, and also gives the readers a sense of where the characters will be for the following pages. The bird is obviously staying in one place, telling her companion not to go too far.

Hmm do you think it would make more sense if I changed "Remember to mark your path as you go along so you don't get lost" to "Remember to mark your path as you go along so you can find your way back" and then maybe add an "and don't wander too far!"

He was telling her to mark her place she she could find her way back. The bird says "I don't understand why you wander around every morning" which meant she goes out every morning and does the same thing, wanders around pointlessly and then comes back before they actually set out.
I understand what you mean, I just thought it was clear that she does this every day, or at least has done it a lot before (hence the "after all this time") and the bird said he was going back to sleep.
I might change it to that though, if it would make a lot more sense (:
