"Tourist Attraction on a Spoon" would probably be a more appropriate title, but "City" sounds better. This is actually my first vaguely serious attempt at doing photomanipulation and as it's my first time, I obviously didn't do a particularly good job on it. You are more than welcome to laugh at it if you want to. I had fun doing it though.

I started out with the spoon and face image for the background, then pasted the other images on top, although I worked on each element separately before moving onto the next (in this case, Colosseum --> Eiffel Tower --> Statue of Liberty --> crowd of tourists). To use the first as an example, I'd take the original image, paste it on top, then scale it to fit before rotating it so that it would be at a decent angle. Then I used the Eraser Tool to isolate the image, which was followed by copying the element, pasting it onto a new layer and flipping and rotating it and adjusting its opacity to make a reflection. Rinse and repeat with the other elements, although for the crowd, I also cut out parts of the line to put in the foreground so that it wasn't just one long line of people. Compressed the image afterwards, added some shadows with the Dodge Tool and played with the Brightness, Contrast and Saturation (it was a bit brighter and less grey originally). Then cut out the part of the image I wanted, pasted it onto a white background to get a border and used a Film Grain filter to give it its current look.

Hopefully, the next time I do something like this, it won't look as amateurish.
