Did this tonight in MS Paint, along with a few others! I like it overall, so later I'm going to try to see what I can do with it in OC or something
I love Neo Queen Selenity...*sigh* She was the prettiest thing to grace manga and animΓ©, don't you think? Well, I do anyhow! PS- I know the crown is all wrong. There's no moon in the heart. So sue me. I was drawing Super Sailor Moon before this, it stuck. I'll fix it when I do a final copy XD
