Like i knew. I have been seeing alot of Heavies randomly saying "Poot dispenser here!" spammingly which is "Pootis" repeatedly.
Heck! Even i knew Scout likes to annoy engies. But i do that for fun instead of griefing.

Here's a trick:
1. Play Spy
2. Equip the Cloak and Dagger
3. Disguise yourself as a Scout
4. Find an enemy Engineer and cloak.
5. Call for a dispenser while invisible repeatedly.
6. Profit!
