Overall mood is great. I like the lighting, the rain. It looks good. But one thing that bugs me. The characters, the primary background, and the secondary background all seem to be in different angles.
You have a lot of patience, I probably wouldn't be able to work on something for more than a couple of days. My hat's off to you.

They..probably..are. Originally this piece was a lot bigger, when I had the full bg drawn out it made sense and when I cropped it and detailed it I think it warped it all over. XDDD
