How I pictured Oilman and Timeman if they where in the Ruby Spears Megaman cartoon.If they ever did put him in the cartoon, Oilman should voiced by Bombman's voice actor, and Timeman should voiced by Elecman's voice actor.
And what kind of puns and jokes they're going to make while fighting Megaman?(issues 7 and 8 references!) XD
