Art I was commissioned to do for the in-the-works strategy tabletop game Battlegeddon. Check out the website at [link] .In a bit of change of pace from the Eindal artwork, this piece showcases another of Battlegeddon's races: the Aradatai. They are an alien species that crashed onto the game's two colliding planets and were marooned there long ago. Despite their squid-like appearance, they make their homes in desert regions. They act as the alchemists of the game, though they rarely venture from their lairs. Instead they have developed a sort of symbiotic relationship with a race of diminutive, savage bird-people called kiwikids. These kiwikids act as scavengers, messengers, and defenders for the Aradatai.

Nice drawing and the artifacts are cool. But the anatomy of the creature looks little odd. I like the wierdness but he have 3 different type of tentacles and how is he supposed to move. Is he slithering, walking or using his legtentacles as anchor and pulling himself?

As far as I can tell they move much the same way an octopus does; you can find videos of that kind of thing online.
Yeah, I agree that the anatomy is odd, but they are an alien race, after all.
I'm not sure what you mean by three different types of tentacles. As far as I was told they have thicker, stronger leg-tentacles, and thinner, more dexterous arm-tentacles, and that was it.
