The debut picture for two of my oldest characters, Loki and Lily. Friends of mine will recognize these two from my series of four-panel comics. They are a couple living in a seaside tourist town. I might see about uploading some of those comics sometime, so I'm not going to give away much about their antics. Needless to say, a lot of wierd things happen.
Anyway, this is a piece I drew a few summers ago. It's been finished for all this time, but my damned scanner is too small for the sketchbook this is in, and I only just now was able to make it fit.
It's summertime, the weather is getting hotter, and more and more people are hitting the beaches to keep cool. Loki and Lily did the same, of course, and it appears Loki thought it would be funny to splash cold water onto his girlfriend.
