Description
Luba, the fairy of water also called the primal vigor deep down inside us. Luba, who represents drops of vitality in different forms in our body, is able to see the manifestation of disease in human beings. She is able to see and to feel the pain in one’s body as well how it started and how it will manifest until death arrives.
Like I explained before, she has a personality who is kind to all who live a happy and unhappy life. She is forbidden to approach human beings in need and give them specific aid as a magical treatment for their diseases which causes detoriation of one’s entire body. However, she simply ignores this basic law and provides hope, nourishment and kindness to them. In this way she can help others and give them comfort, as well as her own heart. Not allowed to heal them is a devastating part of her life. She was born as vitality but the dark side of her existence is not being allowed to provide that. Human beings are wise enough to restore their own drops of vitality. If mankind, developed a life in high technology, is not able to rejuvenate their own primal vigor, than mankind didn’t learn anything at all.
With this horrifying fact, this little fairy has to see how technology is slowly destroying the drops of vitality. Loud music, addictions, insufficient rest, excessive talking, all these are slowly dehydrating the drops and there is nothing she can do about it nor change the world besides from giving some kind of comfort during one’s final hours.
This drawing is a dedication to Luba’s strength, her constant effort and desire to help others in pain knowing it will never be enough to prevent from seriously harm.
