Charmma Spellslamma aka Numbuh 750 is the leader of Sector Magic and has been the leader since the beginning of life. Now I'm gonna say that not all of the operative look like Charmma here. Each have their appearance that different but only the sector leader can don the hooded look. Nicknamed patches by Numbuh 3 due to his hood's patchworks and the Powerful Sorcerer by Lizzie Devine aka Numbuh Vine because of his powers, Numbuh 750 is the expert on magic related problems in the human realm. Many people would mistake him for a teen but he is never walks. He only floats which makes his long robe dangle which makes the impression that he's a teen but he's a kid neverless.

Charmma commands small sorcerers known as Spell Punks (or the Spell Punks of the white moon for the full title) which as their own unique power when using element magic. But in the magic realm, the realm has 2 moons, one white for pure of heart and one black for darkest soul. On the black moon lies the Annoying Sorcerer Twins, 2 dark sorcerers which resemble the Interesting Twins except their skin is pitch black and their lower bodies are a black mist. The twins, unlike most villians of the elemental realms who want kids to obey adults, figure out ways to strip kids of their childhood so they can have adulthood instead. They work together with the Ratchety Triplets of the Black Clock of the Time realm to figure out how to do it. They send Spell Thieves from the moon to try to take a very powerful spell from the Library of Spells to do perform it but their plans are always stopped by Charmma thus making him the number 1 rival to them.

As for his family, his mother and father act pretty much like Numbuh 4's parents with the Australian accents which is odd since that him and his 20 siblings all speak with a thick German accent. And yes he does have that many siblings all who are in the E:KND as operatives since his parents don't stop breeding like rabbits. Speaking of rabbits, Mr Fluffleupagus, the 1st graders magical rabbit, is actually one of Charmma's many mystical pet rabbits. When he went to the 1st graders to see how their childhood was doing with the leader of Sector Time Numbuh 12 O'clock and his rabbit, they saw a desert instead of a normal school hallway. The 1st grade president explained that due to budget cuts with the school this was result. Feeling sorry for the 1st graders, Charmma gived them his pet bunny whose magic made everything back to normal. Charmma allowed the 1st graders to keep Mr Fluffleupagus as a present off him since the magic realm's rabbits are immortal. Charmma has 100 pet rabbits most of which came from his first 2 bunnies Gandalf and Chica.

His hobbies include creating and experimenting new spells to help Sector Magic in battle against the Annoying Socerer Twins, Mr Sorcerer and Mr Dust and Mr Mist who are always after important spells from the Library. He also creates new candy for the world of humans, loves to do art, read interesting books and he does a little something called mist painting which is giving colorless magic mist the color they deserve.
