This one's probably my favorite
I zoomed in real close for this one and was like, ".................whoa 
" I kinda looks like I doing a subtle Ulqui-smile Oh Stop ME!!
And yes...the background 'lacks epic'
Well anyway, onto another story- sometimes people get into conflict with the idea of one gender dressing up as the opposite gender, and some folks had told me, "You..dress up like a guy? You can't pull that off" I think, "Give me a break, have you seen some of the cosplays out there?." It you have the right features....or in this case lack certain features you can portray a character quite well regardless of gender.
But I suppose it might be odd seeing a hairy-legged dude dress up as Misty from Pokemon...I dunno...but it's funny nonetheless.
At the same time it bugs me when folks have to point out every little detail of the person's physique that conflicts with a cosplay such as...."Thats TOTALLY a girl! See the 'lil bumps!"....
Pecks anyone? You may or may not notice some shadows underneath the chest....yes folks..pecks
Not only did I have the cosplay itself down...I also worked out extra hard in weight training to get them guns xDDD

Plaster? It's just fabric..and actually the wings contract so it wasn't too hard getting around.

Pffff, cosplaying as guys is AWESOME, I mean, guy characters (in my cases) are so darn easy to like. Girls can pull being them off too. I went to a group of all girls, and I was the only one actually cosplaying as a girl. Do you know how many GIRL Ciel's we saw?! Well... Ciel is rather girly... and he dressed up like a girl one time, so over half of them were "Tranny Ciels" ...but still! And the BEST Rock Lee I have EVER seen, like the greatest cosplay EVER, was a girl!POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!

totally agree with you there....thereΒ΄s absolutely no reason why one shouldnΒ΄t cosplay someone of the opposite gender...and most of the more beautiful male characters in anime have very feminine faces.....so it sometimes looks even better when a girl cosplays them...

That's quite true that many of the male characters out there look rather feminine...or at least not manly like if you're talking Kenpachi or Jiraiya.

I totally love the wings here and I know what you mean with that gender-problem for the cosplay.
Luckily IΒ΄m morely "uni-sex". No breast for guys and a slim figure for girls. XD

How often I was mistaken for a guy. But itΒ΄s also because IΒ΄ve painted my face and covered my head with a hat of that massive wig. XDDD

Ah, that conflict is stupid in my oppinion! Lots fo women cosplays guys, because as you said, their physic is more like the character then an avarage boy, specially the face. You can get Final Fantasy characters (they changed it with 13 xD) all they have some sort of "girly" face, so women are best to cosplay them.
I don't mind at all, if it is well done, the person is really looking like the character (like you, xD) then it's totally valid! xD
My dream is to make a cosplay, I love Orochimaru, but I know that will certainly not work out, I'm more to make Jiraya! xD

I had these little thingamajig pulleys in the back of the wings that I pull to expand the wings >B)

yeah, that's dumb. I mean, it's just a costume, obviously you're not the actual character. But yes, "lack" of certian "pronounced" features gives you more room for cosplay. Most of my costumes are of guys as well. In fact, this year for a convention I'm doing something different every day and none of those days am I "going as a girl."
