WOW. That much of taken forever to have them textures painted.

Not really. The main impact texture pattern was done in like 10 minutes. First apply a base-coat of airbrushed UV orange/pink. Then stuff the model's head in a pair of old decorative fishnets. Then airbrush her face black and remove fishnets. Ta-da! Simple.
