I think you've been inspired by Jorogumo, which is a half woman half spider of the Japanese religion.

Terrific, but the right arm of the upper pair is missing (unless you're implying she lost it in a fight, in which case nevermind; an obvious stump would've been preferable, though). Also, what's that thing to the right of her head (from the viewer's perspective)? It seems to extend from her back, or something.
