That line killed me as well, especially when he then replies, "That was what I was supposed to say...." (although I didn't understand in which sense he meant that at first)....gah!
I didn't cry, but I wanted to, it was so heartbreaking! This whole arc is so epic and sad and reminds me of Buffy season 2 with Angelus....I stayed up until 5 am reading, it was so impossible to put down and engrossing!

i read it until three in the morning, lol. i really loved it tho. the dimitri/rose thing didnt really make sense to me either, but im glad she and lissa were back together in the end. when i finished i was like "THATS IT?! WHAT HAPPENS?!" i cant wait until 2010

When I got BP I almost didn't want to read it just to not know what happens and go on thinking that Rose & Dimitri were magically going to get back together and live HEA.

Yeah I agree SUCH a great book I'm reading it for the Second time after I stayed up to 3-am reading it. I can't believe he's still alive...I cried at times

I didn't really like the Dimitri/Rose in the book. It was really... Like she had no power at all. She was so weak and I hated that side of Rose. ):
But, Richelle Mead is awesome, and I'm sure she'll find a way to get a HEA.

You are welcome, I laughed so hard at the note he sent her, see in the other three books Dimitri is the responsible one, but in this one Rose is all responsible it's like they changed attitudes XD
