Reaper wears a Cloak similar to Mammon's except its not buttoned up.
Boots the look like Bel's except they are black (He is Varia inspired and Varia made). Since the hood of the cloak is up anything from his nose up is shadowed, and his weapons of choice would be two scythes (pretty much just small enough to dual wield) only feature missing would be sharp canines.
If you need anymore lemme know and Ill be glad to grab it but this is best info off memory.

Oh if you wanted to since I wanna see how you would do eyes from a shadowed background, his eyes pretty similar to this OCs except they're a dark emerald green. (They glow when he is angered or fighting)
