Paruna isn't exactly the sort of person you'd want to be friends with... that is, if you're even willing to call her a person to begin with. Truth be told, nobody really knows who she is, what she is and where she really comes from. The earliest known place she could be traced back to is the Impure Realm, and even then she sort of just showed up there one day without any sort of past. When she first arrived there, nobody really paid any attention to her, so any information regarding what she was like back then is rather scarce.
Her current self certainly does leave a bit of an impression, though. While Berb and the like are professional trollers, Paruna takes the trickster habit as her passion. She always does her best to make everyone around her upset or angry, and absolutely delights in their despair. She claims that this is much more entertaining and lasting than outright killing, so much so that she actually was, and still is, banished from the Impure Realm for being too annoying at some point. Yes, she is literally banned from death. Before she was banished, though, she was a highly regarded assassin that even impressed the very Ruler of the Impure Realm, K??????? for her abilities and feats. Too bad she left that behind to just mess with everyone, heh...

An important thing to note about Paruna is that she is almost totally illiterate, almost never spelling or pronouncing any words correctly. Since the Impure Realm is comprised of mainly transformed spirits, education isn't really a thing over there, as pretty much everyone has the knowledge they had from their previous life. It's very likely that her general intelligence isn't exactly fantastic either, given that she only really excels in knowing how her enemies work through her uncountable amount of killed targets. She's taken 'em all on.

Overall, she's just a menace that had practically infinite experience as an assassin.
