The only thing I did was the "Auto Levels" on Photo Shop CS2, nothing more. (well, exept for the frame

It only works with pictures where photoshop gets confused cause it is rather unusual lighting. One of those cases being the lighting over the clouds! You probably only need a different picture, not a better photoshop!

The Austrians?! XD never! Especially in Vienna the people rather prefer to speak very, very bad about this country! XD I would too, but since I had the chance to capture a few great sceneries in parts of Austria, I can't deny that it really has a beautiful landscape. Most people in the country side are quite nice too, but in the city people are quite rude in general... (which includes me, I guess
