This is honestly one of the best fanarts of Pinkie Pie I have ever seen.
And of course, where would our heroine be without her sidekick Gummy?

She's so bright, beautiful and fun as she floats above the weather. You did a gorgeous job on her form, and her face shows amazing happiness. The clouds and mist effects look good too, and I'm happy to see that you made sure to add the reflected lighting from below too. The foreshortening came out great with her dynamic pose, plus the string coming at us makes it feel like we could just reach out and grab it. (It'd be fun to be in the scene, but I'd need a heck of a lot more balloons. 
The video was mind blowing, but still educational even at such a speed.
