Well this might be considered random and nosy, but I think you should be more proud of yourself. You mentioned numerous times how you hate yourself and you are afraid of being laughed at. I think everyone feels like that at one point, so you don't have to feel bad about it. I think you've got a lot going for you, you're art is good and you've shown confidence posting this, so I'm proud of you. :3
Also, I bet you aren't fat. Everyone thinks they're fat but they're not. So...odds are...you're not. xD;; -awkward-

Heh sorry, I figured this one deserved commenting (not that the others don't) Simply because I could never bring myself to do it. I dunno how I managed to miss it, seeing as it's been here a while.
Anyways, point of the matter! I'm impressed with how much you managed to pull together I doubt that if I tried I'd put in nearly as much. (Simply because I wouldn't think of all that on the spot) I could read it a thousand times and still probably miss some tiny pieces of text, but uh that would be incredibly time consuming and I'm lazy. So no chance

i noticed one thing. not to look down on you or anything, but just a slight bit of constructive criticism... i totally loved the whole thing, it was amazing beyond words.
however. i randomly noticed that it says
"spelling and grammar errors irrate me no end"
i found that slightly odd.
but i totally love the whole image, the concept of letting yourself spill onto a work of art, the use of all the different fonts, and just the whole thing put together.

i panicked to start with because i thought you were pointing out a spelling error. i went rushing to find it and correct it, haha.
i don't know about you but i know here, especially in my region in england, we use that phrase a lot - it's probably just the regional dialect, but we say things "irritate me no end" or "fascinate me no end" etc. so you're right, it's not grammatically correct really, but it does make sense when you take into account where i live. x3 thanks for pointing that out!

I know how to get the fonts and stuff, but did you use Photoshop or something?

yeah, used Photoshop CS3.
I drew the image first, put the border in and then added the text by clicking where I wanted to type, changing the font and colour, and typing.
