FINALLY :U lol, took me 3 months to get this finished, poor guy has been updated this whole time and never got new art. XD
but here it is!!
I leaned him back towards his original look more, and finally figured out how to balance in his marine themes. He also has gained full control over his storm elemental, enough to retain storms within his buoys ;D
