Description
She might have struck without warning just before, but given Cobra's reflexes, that 'greeting' seems completely justified right now, as Trina engages with Cobra in a desperate fight for the other's life. And not only that, it only takes a few short moves to reveal the caliber of their fight -- They both hold the title of 'Weapons Master', meaning they're both capable of cross-discipline weapon usage, and that does not bode well for the potential of any other pirates they haven't yet encountered.
Artwise, aaaaaaaa fight sceeEEENNNNNEEEEEEEEE!!!!! Been trying a few different things with the effects on this page and the last, particularly with the speed lines, and I'm liking how they've come out. I've also been trying to pay attention to the anatomy, style notwithstanding, in an attempt to make things track/flow well while still being interesting. Here's hoping you're looking forward to seeing what else there is to come ~

We are once again reminded why messing with angry Trina is a bad bad idea. If you showed only panel 4 and 5 to someone who didn't know the characters and asked them which one was good and evil, I'm not sure they'd know.

This is so cool! The poses of both of them in action are great, like Cobra putting his entire body into that splitting slice, and Trina rolling out of the way of that ending blow. There's so much energy and flow in this fight. Speed is a hard thing to convey in still images, but you did super well!
I'm rooting for Trina so hard! I want to see her win!! Go Trina gooooo!
