Wow, this is impressive and eye-catching!
I like your idea and the concept and the result turned out pretty well.
The shape of the light Looks like a giant planet and I love the bright blue colours of it.
Moreover the whole Palette of colours is wonderful, the different palettes of blue are a perfect mixture.
However I suppose I'd like the photo more if there wasn't a reflection on the water, it's Kind of distracing and draws the attentions away from the actual 'planet'.
But I still like it and you did a good Job.
