I got bitten by the TLK bug after seeing the newest Lion Guard episode ^^ I just loved seeing Kiara, Kion and Nala interact with each other, and the way Kiara and Kion work off each other is so much fun to watch, so I drew some of my favourite parts of the episode. I also really like how Nala Tousles Kion's fur after they nuzzle, and she does that in more than one episode, it's really cute X3Related content

Hey TC-96,Β do you think that Kiara and Kovu have seen each other between their meetingΒ like cubs and the moment where Kovu saves Kiara?
Seen how Cub!Kovu says that he wants to see Kiara again in the Lion Guard Episode, I can imagine them meet sometimes.
Imagine Kion who follows his sister and seen her playing with Kovu XD

This episode was so fucking cute. It gave me two major things I've wanted to see- more sibling and maternal bonding, and this ep put two and two together perfectly. ^^
My favorite part also has to be the little bit where Kion and Kiara are crying out "MOM!" when they got lost.

Haha cute. I find this show very interesting of how it tells the story before TLK 2, but I find it interesting that it mentions that Nala and Simba had two cubs. But if TLK 2 never mentions Kion once or has a glimpse of it.....that means..

It actually takes place sometime after Kiara meets kovu, but before she grows up. I don't think Kion could be dead during TLK2, he might just be away on a mission somewhere not too far from the pridelands or something like that.
From a more realistic standpoint, TLK2 was thought of long before TLG, so of course nothing about this show came up during the second movie.

Um, that's exactly what I meant by "it takes place a little AFTER kovu and kiara met, but sometime BEFORE she grows up".
And yes, I know he said that. I watched the episode. "That's means I get to see kiara AGAIN", means that he had already met her. Even the shows creator mentioned when the show takes place in an interview not long before the pilot episode.

Meh, it's not the same Disney. I doubt they'd kill off the leading character in TLG, a TLK show aimed for kiddies more than ever (not that it's a bad thing, that's subject for another disscusion).

Yeah true. But we can't forget that the show is only just about to enter it's second season. It might also get a third season too, so i'm sure they'll explain more ^^
