I still think I have the Prince and his group figured out, but your reply to Siarnaq21 adds a new possibility. Could the Prince merely be Blueblood Jr. orchestrating a coup?

I tend to forget that the common pony doesn't have a very good opinion of specials; we have spent so much time around either specials or noble ponies who will say they love the plague if they think it will get them in good with the princesses.

This view of the underbelly of Equestria distorts the pristine image held in the mind. This is not one corrupt or foolish official, this is thousands of ponies struggling to survive and mercilessly preying on the weak to do so. Even if Equestria is saved from the Griffins, who will save it from itself?

Here I was under the impression Eclipse and the Prince were one and the same. Thought I had you figured out.

This, of course, means the Prince's squad isn't quite evil, just unsatisfied with the current regime.

I know there was something else, but as usual you've dropped so much stuff on me that I can't remember a good deal of it off the top of my head. Well done.

Well I've finally woken up from another eighteen hour dirt nap... quite frankly you'd think people would stop worrying about how much I can sleep after spending three days awake.

Anyway... Verdigris is where we all expected her to be, not like we don't already know who the mysterious prince is if you've been paying attention. Zilch almost acts like she has a crush. Filligree is doing perfectly fine searching for her family and as told previously, hippogriffs came up. Clockwork Key is entering the classic soul searching phase of her life after the I lost someone and became heavily depressed phase. Honey is just trying to get by and keep her daughter happy.

Last Thoughts: It's not a mystery to me, but I see a monkey wrench. Which of the things do I see though, that happens to be the monkey? Don't know what to say a monkey won't do... and they have a such a lovely bunch of coconuts.

Hmm... the motives of the prince and his group grow ever more mysterious, it's hard to see him gathering those misfits and trying to take down the Harmony element bearers as something that's going to help, particularly with that invasion that the six left standing is going to have to face, joining up and forming a team of twelve would be far more helpful against the Griffins and Eclipse, what information does he have that makes his approach seem the viable one...

Good to see Filligree and the team are on the path though to finding out that info about her family, eclipse, the dragon eggs and all that...

Huh, I guess even Equestria has a seedy underbelly... wonder if that helmet "winking" has ties to that same mysterious phantom in her armour that brought Clockwork back from the brink, in which case, maybe it's trying to show her something in that part of the city.
