Oh, sorry, one more thing I forgot to ask...looking at the bright colors on your Tiba Runner, do they generally paint themselves outlandishly as part of their culture as well? It is an interesting concept, because if cybernetics ever do become widespread, I doubt that everybody would go for the stainless steel or "chrome" look. He had just better make sure not to stand outside during a lightning storm with all of that metal.

I have always found some elements of cyberpunk to be interesting as well...particularly the "biopunk" offshoot of the cyberpunk genre. Imagine what the world would be like if there were sudden breakthroughs in medical science, bioengineering, and biotechnology. As it is, there is talk about 3-d printers making printed organs out of cultured stem cells. Instead of augmenting ourselves with mechanical devices, there might be a "biopunk" subculture within a cyberpunk world that prefers "wetware" upgrades like superior vat-grown organs and limbs.
Biopunk is still fairly new as a concept so it is not as codified of a trope as its cyberpunk parent. However, games such as the Bioshock series and books such as ribofunk deal heavily with biotechnology and genetic augmentation. There is also a book series by a man called Jeff Vandermeer in which a subterranian race of beings slowly take over a fictional city with their fungal-based technologies such as fungus guns and various fungal plagues and addictive drugs.
One thing I always wondered about though...how come nobody's cybernetics ever seem to run out of batteries in various cyberpunk settings?
My favorite cyberpunk movies are either the original Robocop movie, or ExistenZ.

"I've written about 20 or so short stories that in some way were cyberpunk fiction and three novel-length pieces, that even garnered mild popularity."
Please, which websites can they be found? *drooling*
"So in some sense I think I have this nostalgia about the now retro-cyberpunk."
Another reason to despice cultural-marxism, the awesome future it denied!

Do you still use Zbrush? I think you should keep practicing that, a 3D Runner would be awesome.

Loving it. Cyberpunk as fuck.

I've nothing against the colour here: you keep mainly with blues and yellows, even in the hues that go to green, and use pure greens and reds as spot colours.
I do lack some crispness in some detailing, like the armour plates. True, it's a concept, but a concept should communicate your ideas a clearly as possible. The left arm's forearm armour is in the right direction of crisp though.
I can't quite line up your conceptual idea with light-armour courier and this guy. He seems a bit too heavy for that, despite all.

I had a feeling you'd link to his Syndicate song. I really like how there's so many different colors, but they don't war with or end up muddying one another. The armor design is also very smooth.

You ought to make a cyberpunk movie, movie Nochnoi Dozor was made with just $4.2 million, with enough publicity you could get the donations necessary.

Sry for the time.
You are good at writting scenarios, even better at the stories themselves.
Even beside mererly making said story known, you are good at promoting things, even thought english isnΒ΄t exactly your language either.
You have contacts in the media branche, yes? Perhapse not as good as contacts in the film industry but still.
if you decide that it would have an NS-themes, as part of the weltanschauungskrieg, it could help that your country have more and bolder NS than any other country.
The advantages of popularity, if even 10% of a lot of people making even small donations each...
If you really decided to go for it, obviously not today but in 5-10 years time? Yes, it might just be possible*.
At the very least, unlike for most folks, it isnΒ΄t wholly unrealistic for you to entertain such a notion. (-
* if things doesnΒ΄t come crashing down too hard.

That popped collar style of armour that is prevalent in so many games today is really starting to get on my nerves. And now, you made a double collar armour, brah.
He seems a bit too bottom-heavy and wouldn't that plate between his legs get in the way of free movement? What, does he want to protect his horse-dong? You may take the last question literally since the future will be both wondrous and horrific for sure in terms of body mods.
Wait, that's Skrillex? That was...surprisingly enjoyable. What's happening with this world?

It's very detailed but for me it's so busy my eyes feel rather overwhelmed. Some parts of the paintwork still looks undefined and smudgy (the creases on the trousers, belts and abdominal armour) which doesn't do a favour for the dull, muddy colours.
There's nothing wrong with your choice of colour palette. It's just that with the lack of crispness I keep visualizing a rubbish dump and seeing all manner of junk amongst wet clay.

Wow, this become better than I expected! The colours fits so well and like always there are so much details, that I have the feeling I can touch it.
Wow you write about 20 pieces? The only thing that I know from you is [Psycho]Toxic and The smile of the digital god.
And I have the feeling that the talent to write (or at least to create mood) is something god-given for Russian people.
(I know this has nothing to do with cyberpunk, but IΒ΄ve read last week a book from Sergej Kusnezow and it was so brilliant, the way he write.)
And in your case itΒ΄s talent to make some awesome pieces like this!))

Now that looks badass. All the bright colours look brilliant, especially the metallics and the vibrant ones. I also like the little display screen on his breastplate.
What are your thoughts on the new Cyberpunk 2077?

And for fucks sake - if you wanna talk about shit, do it in another place. Comment section is firstly for comments on ART, not my fucking artists comment.
