good work but my suggestions is to change eyes color reduce a little bit skin bump and increase lips bump and place the light in front of her
anyway the hair is perfect

Apologies for the great delay in responding!
I am off site for weeks at a time periodically. Catching up on correspondence is ever an uphill challenge .. as new messages keep flowing in.

What inspires my adventures in this medium is a pursuit of creating portraits which appear like elder film-based photographs.
In this quest I often moved and guided more by the overall mood of a work than any other consideration. There comes a time when the portrait just feels right. If I keep messing around that feeling will change and I'll never post it at all. More portraits have never been seen by anyone else than have been exhibited .. with just as many deleted and let go of.
Most often I work for that moment when the vision is "all very right .. so very right." Whether I will always feel that way about a work, I can not say .. but then there is always some new vision to chase after.
