Great angle and compostion. The waves are very effective drawing you into the photograph. V good use of lines

It doesn't feel like a fountain... or maybe it's just one of those massive ones. o.O
It's a small shame that you can see other things taking residence instead of the water and all. The black and white contrast puts a downer on the atmosphere and mood, but it makes everything else more profound I feel.
