For 's Winter Ball.I am getting her to go.
I do know that back on the Victorian era, this skirt lenght would be unsuitable for anyone older than 5... But Lotta would trip if I gave her a long pretty victorian dress!
But I hope it still counts as Victorian-based... All the frills and bows are getting me kind of dizzy...

Oh gosh. She looks so adorable. The style of dress really suits her, actually. Waaay more than a full-length dress would. And I love her shoes. And hat. And everything. =u=b
