Description
This is the Kamen Rider inspired form Ryan can transform into using his Essence. It borrows the dragon vest thing seen on Power Rangers and has a blue phoenix theme. Turns out a street fighter character has a blue phoenix skin in that Power Rangers fighting game. Anyways I think this turned out pretty damn good considering I was also learning Clip Studio Paint the same time I was working on this. I think both the tablet and the software passed this test with flying colors. I hope you all enjoy!
