This is my Lolirock OC, Ruolan (ru-lan) Princess of Silencia. She's mute and uses spells that require bells, sign language, mere concentration/meditation or even just breathy whispers. Her pet is a talking snow parrot named Xue, who translates her sign language to any other Lolirock princess.

For her look, I wanted to do something different from the norm, while still including the usual elements associated with Lolirock's transformation (such as the tail skirt and the middle gem on the chest). The top of her outfit as well as her weapon, her name and Xue are inspired from Chinese culture. Her hair in her princess form I wanted to be more fox/snow leopard inspired. Her belt is her transformation item.

Her homeworld is very cold so she likes to wear long sleeves and pants, hence why her outfit is so covered up. I also decided to make her very boyish, in contrast with most of the crew. She's often mistaken for a boy since she never wears skirts or dresses. (Outside her transformation form.)

Personality: Despite being silent and yes, can be very serious in her duties, Ruolan is very laid back and kind of a awkward dork. She may seem very cool at first glance, but it's just more so she's casual and is very insecure due to the inability to vocally speak. She's very expressive when she's casually hanging out. If you're willing talk to her and hang out, she'll come around and be more open.

Xue's Personality: Xue is very sweet and very watchful of Ruolan. She's kind of sisterly and very comforting when Ruo is having her insecure moments, but she tends to forget it's unusual for a parrot to be smart enough to understand sign language. So she tends to talk out loud but most people just deem her as a very smart parrot, in which she is. She's Ruolan's best friend and need for clear communication.

Trivia:

- Ruolan doesn't like music to much, especially pop and rock songs. She's more into easy listening music like flutes, violins or something like Celtic/New Age music. This is due to her upbringing as Silencia is a very calm and zen and somewhat strict kind of nation.

-Despite this however, Ruolan does like video games as long as she can mute them. You won't find her at an arcade but you will find her playing some sort of game, muted on her phone or even a game device.

- Ruolan, though not a loner type in attitude, tends to appear aloof. This is because she's train to rely more on herself than others and she's been fighting alone for a very long time. This and well, not being able to speak may cause some to think she's mean or stuck up, when she's really not.

- She loves ice cream, reading, meditating, racing as she's very fast and snowboarding.

- She hates loud noises, annoying and loud people (though she tolerates them to be nice), places that are too hot and of course, Gramorr.
