We'll, I made it to have a Victorian look, so there's the time period. I feel there's no way the Queen would do anything dirty like pilot a zeppelin or anything that required labor. She wouldn't bother with having weapons, as she uses magic. Her weapons are her potions, which she would keep close. I didn't want to slap gears and goggles on and call it steampunk, because that wasn't in her character to me.

Yeah I'm totally glad you didn't slap gears on it, but some form of stylized goggles, integrated with the crown, might make it more obvious. Without that, it just looks like and awesomely made evil queen costume
