Underwataaaaaaaaaaah!I've been working on this for the past few days. Time well spent compared to working on uni work. I know where my priorities are at D:
So here's my OC, Kettou, some fantasy species. I wanted to try my hand at something underwater, you know, to try a different element other than all my usual wind swept stuff. I thought it was a fun trial : D

I wasted 3 days on this. Plus, I was feeling really really inspired.
Thank you very much! =O I had a lot of fun with the squiggly flowy robes, and messed a lot with texture and layers to get a good underwater feel. Also thanks to Zoe for her help on making it look more like water than sky c:
