Seems like Illusion released a new H-game/poser called "Honey Select" recently. I got a chance to get the latest patch which included a new version of their studio program that was included with their other Unity3D based games like HaremMate, PlayClub, and Sexy Beach Premium Resort.

First thing I noticed about this poser is how nice the graphics look on my GTX 980. Once I toned down the SSAO and turned off the bloom, the image quality was starting to look pretty good. At the default settings, the bloom is set really high which leads to a bright and washed out looking image.

I think once I can figure out how to unlock the rendering resolution, I can get something that looks good at 2160p. For now, it seems like you cannot render anything above your monitor's native resolution, even with DSR enabled.

There have been improvements to the IK engine in Honey Select's poser. Now you can change the size of the IK points, so now there are no overlapping IK boxes when you're trying to get that perfect pose down and accidentally moving a nearby joint.
The neck IK bone is actually now 2 different joints which makes for more natural looking head tilts and turns instead of awkward looking ones.

I haven't really played around with the animations, but most of it seems like it hasn't changed much from the last couple of revisions.

Aside from those improvements, there are still lots of things that I wish were in this poser that are present in others like 3DCG and MMD.
You still cannot:
-Freely pose the fingers and toes
-facial expressions are limited to about 40 different poses between both the eyebrows, eyes and mouth
-Have more than 1 light source that moves outside of the x and y axis
-Adjust skirts so they don't clip through the model's body

I'm pretty sure there were more things that were bugging me when I was playing around with it, but I can't seem to remember more than those things.

All in all, I think this is a definite improvement from the last realistic Illusion poser that I played around with. I personally still prefer using cartoony or anime looking models over the realistic looking ones, but I could see myself doing a couple of images with this poser once I get some mods going on this engine.
