That is the face of someone who doesn't know someone has tied his sneakers together.

I need to try animating at some point. Even if it's really short. xD

I thought you were an animator. If you worked for Disney I would not be surprised one little bit. I dislike Disney as a corporation, and they do not know how to make animation without endless silly singing and dancing, but as a collection of the best cartoonists/artists in the world they are unsurpassed. Really, your work looks like it was designed for movement, one of the reasons I like viewing your page. I really like the outline and more sketchy pictures. But I said I would not embarrass you further. Great work.

Thanks so much. <3 I was told by someone who works at Disney Feature Animation that I was good enough to get in, and offered me to apply for a Story Artist position, saying I could probably get it, but I turned it down as I'm not ready to move right now. But maybe one day! :3

You go to work for Disney and you will be marked for the rest of your life as a Disney artist. They are also notoriously hard to work for. I think that you could waltz right in and start drawing for them, if that is what you want. Ann Telnaes, Juanjo Guarnido and Walt Kelly were all Disney, and it shows. I bet they pay very well, gone are the days when they hired people at half price and fired them when they graduated to full pay. Many of my favorite artists were Disney, but the best was Gustav Tenggren, who did contract work on films like Pinocchio. misterscribbles.blogspot.com/2… . Computer animation programs are everywhere, I would encourage you to make a two minute short or something with that adorable big cat you draw. Humor sells above all. In short I am just running my mouth, you should take any opportunity you can get. But Disney needs you more than you need them!

Yeah they do get paid very well now cause they're unionized! I'm not sure things are in regards to working conditions. I know my friend is in the middle of crunch time to get a project of his wrapped up. But that kind of stuff isn't uncommon in the industry. I think he gets paid overtime too if I remember right.
What big cat do I draw? X3
I'm hoping that my own stories will take off and I can make a living as a graphic novelist. Get published, and get known for writing and drawing my own comics. Who knows? If I get lucky, something I make could get adapted into a film, like Mouseguard has.

I wish you the best of luck. I received a present of alcohol markers and ink pens yesterday, I think my brother is hinting at me getting off my ass and finishing a comic.
Is this not one of your cats? And I probably do confuse your mustelids with cats, I am no respecter of minor details such as species or depictions thereof. I want skills like yours so much that I am thinking of starting to work at it!

That's a tiger-otter hybrid! It's not my character though. It was commissioned!
