Description
This is Menelvela, the great shadowseer of the Masque of the Miraculous Carnival (a fan-made masque created by me).
She's a wise and patient mentor to Laeriel, taking the young eldar under her wing to teach her the ways of the shadowseer. She also acts as a second mother-figure to Laeriel.
