With some of the chibi work that I've seen recently...this stands out, and that's a great thing. It's been the longest time since I've seen anyone know next to anything about proper lining and colouring to really make their chibis stand out, and you've got it. Your work stands on skill rather than riding on the whole "oooh this is character blah blah from blah blah"...like I've said, you've got a really nice use of colour here (the hair especially) and of line. Keep it up! I'd love to see what you can do with full-body work.

The head is a bit oddly shaped, but otherwise this is a nice chibi. I like the way you color and I like the wings : )
