Ordinarily, I try to only post commissions and freebies I receive on the website at which they were received. But this is the submission that I have been using as my avatar, so I will make this one sole exception.

If you asked Tera the pelipper why Pokemon submit to humans so readily when captured, he'll tell you it's because it's a two-way street: That Pokemon submit when captured because it's what the Pokemon would expect of the human if their positions were reversed. And Tera might have some authority on that, because he actually has two human children.

But he knows how it is. He knows most humans won't believe that a Pokemon can have a pet human (it's actually not that uncommon), that he found his two humans as strays without any parents or guardians looking after them, that they are both staying with him willingly, that he does intend to be as good of a pokedad to them as any pelipper could possibly be, and especially not that it is perfectly safe for him to carry them in his beak, or even to swallow them and carry them in his belly.

Hence why he went through all the trouble of having himself fitted with a Ride Pokemon saddle. . . Even if his kids much more prefer to ride inside him.

Don't worry, it's perfectly safe inside their poke-father. Tera is strictly a safevore predator.
