Description

Wheel o'Will is known across shadier parts of the world, as a ghoul mercenary and a boss of a bandit group called "Crushing Wheel". His specialization is destruction and ransacking of smaller towns but he will go for any job that gives income. His past, as is the case with most older ghouls, is a mystery.

His almost fully mechanical body was designed by The Craftsman, with versatility in mind. Most visible part of his construction is a giant wheel attached to his back, that houses large amounts of cartridges containing various weapons and tools. This cartridges can slide into slots in his arms were they can be used. Wheel was seen using rifles, machine guns, net-launchers , grappling hooks, flamethrowers, cannons, swords and many more. His arsenal is constantly changing from one appearance to the next.

Additionally his legs are equipped with pistons powered by an ammo belt. They can be used to grant mobility and as a weapon.
