hey ;u;
i was hoping to find an artist like you, took me a while :'D
Im about to start sculpting, well not exactly, i made a lot figures and scultures etc..
But now I wanted to try making my own Batsuit :'D I know that may be a little to hard but i really want to try it, making this armour now!
But I already have problems starting. I don't really know whatmaterials to buy etc... As i said i already sculped some pretty neat stuff, but i never made something that had to be ''wearable''
I was hoping you could check this tiiiinyy journal of me and help me answering questions? I really want to do this but i never met anyone who seems to have so much knowledge like you.
majinji.deviantart.com/journal… Here it is.
If you're to busy, then thats totally fine and I understand that!!
But if you do could spare some time and share your knowledge with me, that would be some kind of christmas magic to me :'D :
Thanks a lot for reading this !!

The maquette (the smaller) is just super sculpey mixed so it's grey instead of pink.
The head was sculpted using an oil based clay called ROMA Plasticine.

The super sculpey is found at any art store, I'm not sure on their prices... around 10-15? And the ROMA Plasticine, I wouldn't recommend using unless you are going to mold and cast, as oil based clays do not dry. Also, you have to heat it up to use it. Sculpey is ready, as is, pink and all you do is bake it at the temperature it says on the box to set it.

Sculpey bakes in a home oven just fine, not sure if a kiln would be over-kill or not XD
