Beautiful colouring. the dress is very pretty. The background is a little distracting though (just being honest) Maybe have the background one colour so all the attention goes to the girl and that dress.

The bottom(fund) this one done with photoshop, because little sad xD to make it quite white me parecio, when there is so much color in the drawing, decidi at the time to do the bottom(fund) with a photo of candies in order that it(he,she) was giving to him(her) mas life
