I like where this is going. You've got a very nice pose an a couple of cool shaders, but seems like you might be missing some of the techniques in DAZ/Poser to really make this come to life.
One of her feet is going through the floor, you can fix this by adding a smoothing modifier to the figure, and setting the floor as the collision item, then she will perfectly touch the floor and her feet will conform and look all lovely.
Second, if you're going to add a magic effect, it should be casting light, all you have to do in this instance is apply the the same diffuse map to the emission profile, and the red parts will cast red light, the yellow parts will cast yellow light etc. It will also stop the effect itself looking so fake and flat. There's a tutorial in my gallery which should cover most of that in some more detail.
Finally your background shaders look really low-rez. If you add a depth of focus to your camera you can blur this out, and make your character pop at the same time.
