Stunning shot. Razor sharp where it needs to be, and soft where it doesn't. The colours are striking as well. My only suggestion would have been to put some kind of diffuser on the flash, as I find its perfect reflection a distraction.

Now THAT'S macro. Holy fudge. Narrowest DOF I've ever seen, but the best part is the impeccable detail in the water droplet, how you can pick out every single membrane. Smooth and crisp and nice all rolled into one. My only suggestion is to play with the crop a bit, since the DOF doesn't change that dramatically toward the top of the square. Or maybe it just wants to be skinnier vertically, either way.

ist das eine pfauenfeder? mit einem wassertropfen drauf?
ich haette versucht den tropfen wasser besser hervor zu bringen durch, vielleicht in einem andere winkel fotografieren.
aber ansonsten ist es sehr, sehr gut geworden
und ich mag die farben
