BRING IT THE FUQ ON LOLLLL>> sorry haha So this is my half of the art trade between me and !! I WORKED INCREDIBLY HARD. This took me a month lol
Yeah the scanner killed the red. And everything else OTL it looks so much better in RL. I mean IT'S AS BIG AS PIANO BENCH. Roughly 24 inches in width and it's height is about a foot.
Oh! and I hope you like the perspective. I wanted to create a cool fish eye effect or something haha
Anyway, I'd really been wanting to draw a mainstreamish battle manga picture! The title and theme of preparing for battle is really inspired by some recent internet events. Just quarrels and stuff and immature people, so I wanted to give this picture all I had. I really hope it paid off....I'm also editing it into this contest where it could be the poster for an anime convention called Japan Impact!!
D I'm going to give Himurto credit for the OC's and stuff if I win :} I'm excited hahaYeah so I've been editing for the past 4 hours. I have a giant headache and I'm pretty sure this damn image isn't going to load because it's too freakin huge. SO...

The character poses are very dynamic so, I think that gives the picture a nice touch (: and the clothes look really great! The hair's are WOW, I don't know where you find the patience to put so much work in them!
Anyways, I can definitely feel your passion in this work, I think that it's very inspiring to see someone work so hard and for so long on a picture (: You should be really proud of the results! And I hope you win on that contest! Keep it up!

Yeah you did great with the males, I am hoping to have a new picture up soon it's more of a test to see if I can do what I want to on the art trade.
Also that sucks to have to do another picture for the competition, however knowing you it's still going to be awesome!

1. first of all, i tottally sympathize with you on scanning huge pictures like these, i stopped doing them because of all the editing, RESCANNING the same picture due to placing issues, and hours spent trying to put your picture together correctly like a big jigsaw puzzle.
2. secondly when i comes to filling in such huge pieces like this withcolor, it is soooo difficult and keep ones self from messing up one page is needed, but you have handled your self very well on this picture (as usuall
3 thirdly and finally ..a damn good job well done!

Haha! Scanning it SUCKED. I scanned it in NINE PARTS. OTL It took an hour to scan and 4 hours to put together! >.< I hate puzzles! LOL
It is quite difficult, but I think I might have it down now! The key is really a totally full marker and the broad end lol Working on huge paper changes you D: It's such a challenge.

It SUCKED. LOL Haha I love to work with markers on backgrounds sometimes but sometimes it's a total pain if there's massive blending involved!!
