He wanted Estelle to accidentally get herself trapped and tickled by Rita.
So in this picture, Estelle has accidentally wrapped herself up in her covers as she slept.
Rita just so happens to notice the princesses feet sticking out...might as well take advantage, right?

Estelle: *laughing* p-please stop!! stop!! *laughing* No more! *laughing* Why are you doing this to me?! *more laughing*
Rita: ugh! Estelle, you're a princess! Why are your feet so dirty?! Guess i'll have to clean them for you. (tehehe! <3)
now obviously, estelles feet arent really dirty. its just an excuse as to why shes tickling estelle. lol.
