Description It's shiney and cute. My eyes can't handle it

anyway this is for my good friend whos birthday was some days ago! happy birthday once again sweetiepie! <3

Drawed her Silver from Pokemon as she is a fan of him (aswell as one who cosplays him) and most say I quite enjoy drawing him!

I have used watercolors, pencils, a camera, painttool sai to make it look more bright aswell as adding some extra colors, as the camera photo was to dark. Plus I have tried doin some kind of background as I found a plain white one boring.
