Well, To me.. Their both the same but anothro art can be way more complex. Its all how you see it and I see this as either nice anthro or ultimate furry.

So yes, this is anthro because anthro is defined in the dictionary as 'human like'. This could mean (as it states above) animals, plants, or even inanimate objects. Even the smiley face you put on the sun as a kid in all technicalities is considered anthro because it is an object that would not normally have human characteristics, but was drawn with it.
"Furry" and "Anthro" go hand in hand. You may not be Furry if you draw anthromorphic art, but some anthro art is considered as furry. If you do not like it/prefer it nor respect my opinion I suggest you do not look t my art. But of course if you'd like to continue alas I cannot stop you. :3
