Fresh out of an extensive rebuild, Ex-New Vacuo Central Hudson #773 can be seen pulling a small freight train on a backwoods freight line through the Emerald Forest. Grimm is a plenty in the woods of the Emerald Forest, but many have learned not to attack the trains, for they are most likely bound to attract or even carry huntsman and huntresses; all with the intentions of killing Grimm.

A young Frisco L. Cohen is at the cab of Engine #773, hauling a small freight train of special school supplies and weapons to Beacon Academy through a backwoods rail line that has a direct connection to the school. Frisco is a special case, for he has mastered the knowledge or operating one of the most complex, powerful and dangerous pieces of machinery ever buit at the age of 10. After 3 years of operating said machinery, he knows the ins and outs of how NVC #773 functions. On the contrary, Frisco has passed down his railroad knowledge and expertise to VERY select group of people (including Oliver) because he has no trust in ANYONE operating his engine, let alone allowing anyone to get up close and personal for pictures. He does not allow people within 30 feet of his engine because of an event where a kid sneaked into a cab and drained the water level, nearly causing the boiler to explode. Those who violate Frisco's rule of spacing are...going to need stitches at the end of the day.

Despite being the only known surviving engine of its type, Frisco does not collaborate with other railroad historical societies, special events or charity groups in Remnant. "This engine is my property, and I decide what I want to do with it. If you want to raise money, find some other group, because you're not getting anything from me" is usually what he'll say if people try to sway him. He's not trying to be rude...but Frisco has his reasoning, although he keeps his intentions a closely guarded secret.

Frisco and Oliver both have plans to apply to Beacon sometime in the future, although they are still too young and inexperienced to properly take on Grimm.
